Hunting regulations / seasons / limits / licences:

In order to access the current Saskatchewan hunting regulations, go to www.se.gov.sk.ca Once in this site, select "hunting and trapping guide". All pertinent info to provincial regulations, season dates, bag limits, and licenses will be found on this site. There is also a link to the Canadian Firearms Center which would clarify some of the gun regulations.

Firearm Regulations:

All Non residents who are bringing their own firearms into Canada must register them. A Non resident firearms declaration (form JUS 909 EF) must be completed. Call 1 800 731 4000 from U.S.A., or 1 506 524 5380 from elsewhere for more info. The form can also be down loaded at www.canadianfirearms.com . Use the "Visitors to Canada" link. You should fill out the forms in triplicate before getting to the border. DO NOT SIGN SECTION C UNTIL YOU ARE IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMS OFFICER. Cost should be around $38 USD.

   


Hunt with Outfitter Bobby Lindsay on this ultimate guided hunt.  Pokolodi Outfitting has some of the best wingshooting in North America. Early season hunting you will fly into Edmonton where you will be picked up by your guide and travel East to Lloydminster, Sasketchewan and Alberta. In the morning, we shoot Canada Geese "Honkers", White fronted Geese "Specs", Snows, Blues, and Ross. On the drive in from the morning hunt, we find upland birds including, Hungarian Partridge "Huns" and grouse. In the afternoon your duck hunting guides will take you out to shoot ducks, which include canvasback, wood duck, mallard, mallard duck, gadwall, pintail, teal, wigeon, widgeon, scaup.
